Our Signature package is designed to take the responsibilities of event-day execution off your shoulders. From vendor arrivals to timeline management, our team ensures everything comes together seamlessly.

• Oversight of décor placement
• Guest flow and event logistics
• Timeline management
• Troubleshooting and on-site problem-solving
• Coordination of scheduled event moments
• Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination

03. THE GRAND AFFAIR
Some celebrations extend beyond a single day or require coordination across multiple locations. The Grand Affair provides elevated logistical support for events with additional moving parts. From the rehearsal to the final toast, our team works behind the scenes to bring your celebration together.

• Vendor communication and coordination
• One venue walkthrough
• Rehearsal coordination, when applicable
• Event-day management
• Oversight of multiple locations, when applicable
• Décor and setup oversight
• Coordination of important event moments
• Troubleshooting and logistical support
• Up to 14 hours of on-site coverage across two consecutive days
• Dedicated coordination team
