We’re Samantha and Ryan Chadwick, the husband-and-wife team behind Chadwick & Birch.

Samantha brings over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry, specializing in weddings and corporate events. Her years working in hospitality, along with training and mentorship from respected professionals within Rhode Island’s special events community, have shaped her eye for detail and her understanding of what goes on behind the scenes to make an event feel effortless. She has a natural instinct for creating spaces that feel inviting, intentional, and beautifully considered.

Ryan brings a strong background in business, sales, and relationship management. In his role as a Regional Market Manager for an award-winning espresso martini company, he has built his career around creating partnerships, managing markets, and bringing brands and experiences to life. His business-minded approach brings structure, organization, and a focus on making sure every detail comes together.

Together, we bring two different strengths to the table: Samantha’s creative eye and event expertise paired with Ryan’s business focus and relationship-driven approach. It’s this balance that allows us to think creatively while staying organized, practical, and focused on the experience we’re creating for you.

What started with our own wedding has become something we’re building together, and we feel incredibly lucky to make a living doing something we genuinely love.
